Based on the industry experience gained in operational as well as staff function/inhouse consulting the consulting philosophy is centered around a structured deep analysis of the existing situation involving all relevant company functions combined with the development of "realistic" execution plans taking into account "lessons learned and issues encountered" during 30 years of working experience in the industry.
